The Regional Sales affiliate position is a strategic component of our go-to-market strategy. The Sales affiliates will look to capture the attention of healthcare practices. The Xcare sales team plays an integral role in building out our customer base and making an impact with our services.

Responsibilities

You have the opportunity to be your own boss along with holding a key position in the growth of Xcare. Success in this role directly impacts the evolution of how the company engages and interacts with our customers in your region. As you help to fuel the continued growth and success of Xcare in your region we will in turn reinvest in marketing, to support your efforts and help you grow.

Earnings Description

This is a full commission position, with average commissions of around $450/per subscription. Most Full-Time Sales Affiliates submit about 5-8 demo’s per week. It allows you to control your schedule, to work as much or as little as you would like, with the opportunity to create an income that matches your goals. In addition, you have an option to grow and lead your own sales agency of agents/advisors to generate additional, passive income.

• Part-Time Sales Agents earn commissions of approximately $35k-$65k in their first year
• Full-Time Sales Agents earn commission of approximately $80k-$150k in their first year
